The first port of call for gourmets is conveniently located directly opposite. In our restaurant Rischon you can savour the finest South Tyrolean cuisine in a stylish ambience. Like no other, head chef Daniel Hell knows how to reinterpret traditional South Tyrolean dishes - with views far beyond the peaks of the Dolomites. A little bit of dolce vita, a little bit of oh lá lá in the centre of Riscone.
In our Asian restaurant in the centre of Brunico, the name says it all. Great sushi, ramen, gyoza, poké bowls and other popular Japanese classics are served here together with the finest South Tyrolean wines and treasures from the international cellar.
