As mountain people, we are used to telling as it is. We like to call this South Tyrolean peculiarity a “transparent information culture”. In the following you find the famous small print and other details worth knowing for your next time-out at the Feldmessner:

Our prices are per person and day (unless otherwise stated) with breakfast, for a minimum stay of 4 nights. The local tax payable by guests from 14 years of age is not included in the price and has to be paid locally.
Prices for children (when sharing the parents' room)
0-2 years: €15.00
2-6 years: 50% discount on the standard price
6-13 years: 30% discount on the standard price
Single supplement: Depending on the season
Surcharge for short stays: For 1 overnight stay €10 per person, for 2 overnight stays €5 per person, for 3 overnight stays €3 per person
Arrival and departure: Check-in from 14:00 hrs, check-out before 10:00 hrs
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement! Surcharge per day (excluding food). Click here for all the information you need about holidays with your dog at the Feldmessner.
Payments: Cash, EC-card, Eurocard, Visa and Mastercard
Cancellation and changes to the booking:
For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival there are no additional cancellation costs.
Cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival are subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount booked.
Cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival are subject to a charge of 60% of the total amount booked.
Cancellations within 7 to 8 days prior to arrival are subject to a charge of 70% of the total amount booked.
In the event of cancellation, the full deposit is retained by the accommodation provider and may be credited to your next stay in the form of a voucher.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Room requests: Is your favourite room still available? We are happy to take your preference regarding your room category into account. We can, however, not guarantee a specific room number or floor.
